What is Eluvia?
Eluvia began as, and still is, a way to use our own creativity to show the truth of God’s kingdom, the beauty of the Messianic Jewish life, and to simply create things that give honor to God. Along the way we realized that there are many more people with the same desire, and it became our hope to begin bringing us all together. Eluvia is a place where you can discover, learn about, and connect with people who are not just hearing, but doing.
Sometimes all it takes to break through the walls that people build around their hearts and minds is for something to be presented in a unique way. Art, music, film, dance, games, writing, photography – these all have the ability to move someone toward God. It’s from this movement that we take our name, Eluvia. The process of water moving and eroding rock over time, the dust being left behind becomes in plural, eluvia. Creativity and truth working together can, in the same way, erode the mountains of untruth in the world.
